The Placement Cell of Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College has been committed to bridging the gap between employers and students since its inception in 2008. Its objective is to not only provide placements and internship opportunities but also equip students with relevant industry specific knowledge to hone their skill set and transform them into productive and efficient beings. The Placement Cell regularly conducts seminars and workshops for developing various competencies among students while simultaneously providing them an insight into the corporate world.

The Job & Internship Fair: Intern-O-Feira organised by the Placement Cell since 2019 facilitates fruitful interactions between students and recruiters, and ushers interested students from colleges and universities across and beyond Delhi. Moreover, Alluminate: The Annual Alumni Connect Programme, serves as a crucial initiative designed to bridge the gap between current students and accomplished alumni, providing real-time corporate training and valuable career insights. This event offers students the opportunity to network with experienced professionals from prestigious companies such as Boston Consulting, S&P Global, L.E.K. Capability Network, and HCL Technologies.

Throughout the academic year 2025-26, the Placement Cell conducted a variety of career-oriented seminars, webinars, group discussions, and alumni engagement programmes covering areas such as actuarial science, interview preparation, global education opportunities, and professional skill development. In addition, the Cell successfully facilitated placement and internship drives with reputed organizations and continued to strengthen its legacy of connecting students with leading employers, including Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Wipro, and TresVista, among others.
