The Minority Cell of Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College (ARSD College), University of Delhi, functions under the esteemed guidance and supervision of Prof. Gyantosh Kumar Jha, Principal of the College. The Cell is committed to promoting inclusivity, equality, cultural diversity, and social harmony among students while fostering an environment of mutual respect and understanding.

The Cell works towards creating awareness about constitutional values, educational opportunities, leadership development, and community engagement. Through various academic, cultural, and awareness-based initiatives, it encourages students to appreciate India's rich pluralistic heritage and contribute meaningfully to society.

Guided by its motto, “Unity in Diversity, Excellence for All,” the cell strives to promote diversity, inclusion, and social harmony by creating awareness about educational opportunities and welfare initiatives. It also seeks to encourage leadership, ethical values, and community participation by fostering respect for India's multicultural and multi-religious heritage.

The Minority Cell continues to serve as a vibrant platform for nurturing responsible, socially conscious, and culturally sensitive citizens who uphold the values of equality, respect, and national integration. In 2025, the cell organised a webinar on, “Veer Bal Diwas: Meaning and Significance” in collaboration with Commercico, The Commerce Association.

The session featured eminent speakers Mrs. Banpreet Kaur Khalsa and Mr. Gurdeep Singh, who delivered enriching and thought-provoking discussions on the lives, courage, and supreme sacrifices of the Chaar Sahibzade. Through these initiatives, the Minority Cell emerges as both a resource and refuge that is committed to nurturing, empowering and fostering holistic development of students from minority communities.
